This Disclaimer outlines the terms governing your use of Castle, an entertainment platform available exclusively for Indian users and compatible only with Android phones running version 6.0 or higher. By downloading, installing, or using Castle to stream content, download videos, or access any of its core services (free streaming, HD playback, offline viewing, live sports, live TV), you agree to the following terms, which are governed by Indian law.
Castle acts solely as a means for users to access material from independent third-party suppliers. We do not retain any manually uploaded content on our services. As a result, we cannot offer any assurance or warranty that content is legal, accurate, high-quality, complete, or will remain available. Content may become unavailable suddenly due to licensing conflicts with third-party companies, copyright disputes, technical issues, or region-locking. We also cannot guarantee that specific titles or features will remain available at all times.
Castle provides the Castle application “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the services we provide, including but not limited to warranties of completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to ensure Castle operates well on Android 6.0 and higher devices. However, issues such as buffering, app crashes, feature malfunctions, or download failures may occur due to factors beyond our control — including the strength of your internet connection, hardware and software limitations on your device, and outages at third-party content providers.
You assume full responsibility for any risks involved in the use of Castle. These risks include:
Security risks from downloading APK files — we strongly recommend using only verified, trusted channels to avoid malware, phishing attempts, or fake versions of the app;
Device compatibility issues — Castle is optimized for Android 6.0 or higher, but we cannot guarantee it will work on every hardware configuration, custom ROMs, or outdated software;
Legal risks — you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of content complies with India's Copyright Act, 1957, as well as any other applicable laws. We are not liable for any issues, prosecutions, or claims arising from unauthorized access to or use of copyrighted materials.
Castle and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages in connection with your use of the app, your access to third-party content, or service interruptions. This includes, without limitation, data loss, device damage, monetary losses, or legal claims. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been warned that such damages might occur, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law.
