These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Castle — an entertainment platform intended for Indian audiences, compatible with Android smartphones 6.0 and above. By downloading, installing, or accessing Castle to view live TV, movies, sports, web series, or to use offline downloads and HD playback features, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws in India. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of Castle immediately.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Castle for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. This license may be revoked at any time.

Permitted use includes:

Streaming content

Downloading titles for offline viewing

Accessing live sports (cricket, football, kabaddi)

Using multi‑language subtitles, browsing, and search‑based discovery

You are strictly prohibited from using Castle’s services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

Public exhibition

Providing access to third parties for compensation

Monetizing content or services accessed through the platform

Redistributing or reselling access to Castle

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Castle lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

Modify, decompile, hack, or tamper with Castle’s code or security features

Use, perform, or share copyrighted content on the platform without proper authorization from rights holders

Post or transmit any illegal, offensive, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content that violates Indian laws

Access Castle through modified, unofficial, or pirated APKs, or use unauthorized third‑party tools

3. Content Ownership & Usage

All content on Castle — including films, web series, sports broadcasts, TV channels, and related digital materials — remains the property of its respective owners.

Castle provides access to content but does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Downloaded content may only be used

offline within the Castle app

You may not share, distribute, or store downloaded content on other devices

Castle is not responsible for copyright infringement claims related to content created or uploaded by third parties

4. Exclusions and Disclaimers

Castle is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that:

The service will be available at all times

Streaming will be free from interruptions or errors

The platform will be compatible with every Android 6.0+ device

Any specific content will always be available

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or the platform at any time without prior notice.

You use Castle at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including (but not limited to) buffering, content unavailability, or device‑related issues.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Castle immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable Indian laws. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and delete all downloaded content.

Provisions relating to copyright, ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law & Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of Castle after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
